Consultancy for implementation of a Portfolio a Project Management solution in the Product Creation Business Unit at an industry leading Food Packaging & Processing Technology client. Alignment of Business Processes to the new Product Creation process and standardisation throughout the majority of Business Units. Main responsibilities: Training and stakeholder enablement, process standardisation and documentation (guidelines, BPMN/Visio), portfolio-level resource and financial management, system and data transition, change management

Volkswagen

Implementation of Portfolio and Project Management platform for Volkswagen Consulting. Process improvement of Project and Program Management, resource and financial planning/budgeting, Investment and Capacity Planning processes and reporting. Main areas of responsibility: Client Need Analysis, Business Case translation and configuration of PPM platform, key workshops and solution presentation, management of test cycle and key user support, stakeholder management, change management support, super user process and tool training and go-live support, hyper-care support

ILF Engineering

ERP implementation on corporate level at ILF. Functional responsibility for solution design, testing, training, and go-live execution. Focus on process optimization and consultancy based on industry best practices for both front- and back-end operations. Involvement in project and resource management, as well as financial oversight including budgeting and actuals tracking. Responsible for the design of reporting and system integrations, coordination between development and client teams, and alignment of project stakeholders through effective communication. Supports change management initiatives and ensures consistent alignment across data migration, solution architecture, integration, and extension workstreams.

Campana & Schott

Digital Transformation of core business processes at Campana & Schott Management Consultancy. Involvement in change and project management, with a focus on requirements analysis and consultancy on best-practice business processes. Responsible for tool implementation, test coordination, and user support. Ensures effective stakeholder communication and delivers training on both process and system usage.

CMS Law

Leading role in the consultancy and change management team of an ERP system implementation in Germanys largest international legal agency group. Responsible for conducting process analysis and leading requirements gathering and Solution Blueprint workshops to define future-state processes. Focused on driving process standardization across multiple locations and legal entities. Provides change management consultancy while ensuring alignment and engagement of stakeholders and key users throughout the project.

GOPA Consulting Group

ERP implementation project in Europes strongest Consulting Group with a focus on development and sustainability. Lead of end-to-end process and requirements analysis, focusing on the standardization and optimization of operations across multiple locations and legal entities. Consultancy on best-practice business processes and managing the full solution lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, training, and go-live support. Supporting change and project management activities to ensure stakeholder and key user alignment, and maintain effective communication. Coordination of data migration, system integration, and solution extension activities.

Serviceplan Gruppe

Digital transformation, standardisation and alignment of core processes of over 60 agencies of Germanys largest international digital communication agency group. Support all phases of SAP Project Management software implementation, including workshop execution and requirements analysis for agencies. Manage PMO activities, system administration, and go-live support. Handle documentation, training and super user support. Conception and delivery of trainings and workshops, ensuring effective know-how transfer and thorough documentation.
