Freelance Consultant & Project Manager

Since 2023

As a technical consultant I analyse needs, advise on business process improvements and manage change. As a Project Manager, I lead the planning and execution of complex projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. As a consultant for project and portfolio management, I help my clients to improve the PPM within their organisation.

Technical Architect, Contractor

2023 - 2025

Provided technical consultancy and training for implementing Planview Portfolio (PPM), focusing on agile methods for Product Creation. Delivered tailored trainings to key roles, updated user documentation and BPM flow charts, and supported management of Solution/Product Epics, including resource and financial management. Assisted with data migration from legacy systems and offered post-implementation user support and hyper care.

Provided consultancy to major German clients (Volkswagen, Siemens, Adidas, WEIR, Nissan) on best-practice project and portfolio management using Planview Portfolios. Specialized in project, resource, and portfolio management, as well as investment planning and analytics. Key responsibilities included supporting proposals, creating solution blueprints, analyzing business use cases, guiding process optimization, leading workshops, configuring solutions, and overseeing data migration, reporting, and integration planning.

Delivered consultancy to European key accounts (e.g., Tauw, ILF, CMS, ENLITE, Pöyry) with expertise in project/resource management, financial management, and reporting. Held functional responsibility for full ERP implementations, covering solution design, testing, training, and go-live. Provided end-to-end process consulting, including change management, report and integration design, and stakeholder alignment.
